What to Put on a Snack Board

  • Fresh Fruits – Incorporate a variety of fresh fruits like grapes, berries, apple slices, or figs. These add a natural sweetness and vibrant colors to your board.
  • Cheeses -Always optional, but adding one cheese to a snack board feels necessary (for me!)
  • Nuts and Seeds – Nuts like almonds, walnuts, and cashews, as well as seeds like pumpkin and sunflower seeds, provide a satisfying crunch, choose one or several.
  • Dips and Spreads – Dips and spreads like hummus, tzatziki, and guacamole provide creamy and savory elements. An entire snack board can consist of veggies, fruit and a dip!
  • Crackers and Bread
  • Proteins – Add proteins like prosciutto, salami, or smoked salmon for a savory touch.
  • Vegetables – Include colorful, bite-sized vegetables like cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips for freshness and crunch.
  • Sweet Treats – Finish off with a touch of sweetness, such as chocolate squares, honey drizzled over cheese, or fruit preserves.
