Just to mention a few of my favorites: Ground Turkey Stir Fry Spaghetti Squash Boats mixes squash “noodles” with a spicy sesame ginger sauce, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy, my Tuscan Steak is drenched with a flavorful herb dressing, and my Delicata Squash Salad is made with warm wild mushrooms, tender kale and a sesame ginger dressing.
