ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Paying for your Nutritious America LLC order constitutes the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions outlined below.

EBOOKS and MP3S

Terms and Conditions for eBooks and MP3s

Our E-books are sold as electronic documents and MP3 Files. We at Nutritious America strive both to make you healthy and to save the environment by producing less paper!

Download links for E-products (i.e. books and MP3s) are valid and functioning for one (1) download per link.

Once your download link is sent to you, it is your responsibility to download all documents in a timely manner.

Any box-set collection or packaged group of products is sold as a set. We are unable to swap other products in place of ones that are part of a collection, even if you have already purchased one separately. A set is a set and is sold as is.

Shipping of eBooks and MP3s

There are currently no shipping/delivery fees on electronic documents and MP3 files through Nutritious America LLC.

Delivery of eBooks and MP3s

Delivery of eBooks and MP3 files should be received within 30 minutes of placing order. This is an automated process and should function efficiently 24hrs a day. If you do not see an email with a confirmation and link to download your product please do all of the following:

• Confirm that payment went through
• Confirm that you entered the correct email address
• Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash

All orders will have a receipt number. If you are not sure whether a purchase went through email info@nutritiousamerica.com and one of our representatives will look into the matter and get back to you within two (2) business days.

Returns of eBooks and MP3s

If the item(s) you have ordered is unsuitable, please contact us within 24 hours of download. Email us at info@nutritiousamerica.com detailing the items being returned along with your order receipt number and reason for return. We may not be able to return documents for reasons including timing, special offer, and number of download attempts.

HARD GOODS/PRODUCTS

Shipping of Hard Goods/Products

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address for USA and Canada deliveries. Nutritious America LLC is not liable for an incorrect delivery address.

Please indicate if your delivery address has limitations or special instructions. If this note is missing, and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any and all reshipping fees.

All orders will leave within 96 hours of being placed or the customer will be notified otherwise. Orders placed over the weekend will not be filled until the following business day.

Packages are NOT insured with the post office. If you would like your package insured, please email info@nutritiousamerica.com and we can make special arrangements.

Packages are not sent expedited. If you would like your expedited, please email info@nutritiousamerica.com and we can make special arrangements.

Domestic Shipping Rates (USA and Canada)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the item you are purchasing and its weight.

International Shipping Rates

If you are interested in international shipping, please inquire at info@nutritiousamerica.com

Refunds of Hard Goods/Products

Nutritious America LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen/mis-routed/not received packages. If such a misfortune occurs, file a claim with the post service. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to:

1. Receive a refund for the item(s) bought minus the initial shipping fee, or
2. We can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the item(s) that was returned to us.

All of your purchases from Nutritious America are covered by our 10-day money back guarantee on all sealed items. Please email or call our customer service within 10 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping any unwanted product back to us. Refer to Return Protocol (below).

Return Protocol

Please write your order number on the outside of the box in clear bold writing. Failure to do so may result in the box being returned to you unopened, or delays in processing your refund.

Note: Information MUST be provided with every return.

CONSULTATIONS

Prior to engaging in any counseling services with Nutritious America LLC, you will be required to sign a policy and procedures contract.

SCHEDULING

We understand that our clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping you waiting and not keeping you longer than planned. Your session will end 45 minutes after it was scheduled to begin. Please be on time. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance, otherwise, you will forfeit that appointment. Appointments rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, can be rescheduled no more than once. Appointments cancelled with fewer than 2 hours notice will resume with the next confirmed appointment time. All recurring clients will book their sessions using an online appointment scheduler. Each Friday you will receive an email to book your appointment for the following week. You can schedule sessions up to 2 weeks in advance.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received before each counseling appointment. Supplies or supplements will not be shipped until payment is made in full.

PRIVACY POLICY

By contacting us for services or entering your information to sign up for our newsletter you understand and agree that you are sending to Nutritious America your name, your email, your phone number and any message content hereto forth referred to as ‘personal information'. This ‘personal information' may be accessed by any individuals working with Nutritious America. You are hereby informed that all individuals working with Nutritious America sign privacy documents which disallow them to reveal your ‘personal information' to any third party including the media without your consent. The ‘personal information' you enter into the ‘contact us' form will not be shared or sold to any third party. Should you wish to review or change any personal information you provide to Nutritious America, or cancel your subscription to the newsletter, you may do so by sending an email to info@nutritiousamerica.com. In addition, Nutritious America will contact you at whatever contact information supplied to notify you of any changes to our privacy policy.
