Kale-a-colada Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 3 cups of kale
- 1 1/2 cups of pineapple
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1-2 cups of coconut water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and whirl until smooth.
- Add 1 to 2 cups of liquid (coconut water) to reach desired consistency

Really good smoothie. Always looking to change it up and keep things interesting. This pineapple and coconut makes this one taste like a vacation treat.
