These spicy honey salmon bowls are bright, spicy, crunchy, creamy, and wildly flavorful — the kind of weeknight dinner that feels exciting enough for a restaurant menu but comes together fast enough for a Tuesday night.
In a bowl, whisk together sriracha + hot honey until smooth.
Add salmon pieces and gently toss to coat.
Arrange salmon in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.
Air fry: 8 minutes.
Broil: 6–8 minutes.
Cook until lightly caramelized and just cooked through.
Prepare the Blood Orange Salsa
Peel the blood oranges: slice off the top and bottom. Stand upright and carefully slice off the peel and white pith following the curve of the fruit. Cut into segments or chop into bite-size pieces.
In a bowl combine: cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, blood orange pieces, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently and set aside.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl stir together: Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Bowls
Divide warm rice (or grain) between bowls. Top with hot honey salmon. Spoon blood orange salsa generously over top. Drizzle with bang bang sauce.
