Tart Cherry Juice

Brewed Chamomile tea
You can use a blend of 1 tsp dried chamomile, 1 tsp dried lavender, 1 tsp oat straw or blue cornflower

Raw Honey
Instructions
Warm tart cherry juice gently in a small saucepan on the stove.
Brew Tea according to instructions, I like to allow my chamomile to steep for at least 10 minutes for maximum benefit
Combine tea and tart cherry juice, stir in raw honey.
Serve immediately.
Sip slowly and prepare for slumber.

You can use any type of restful herbal tea you like, plain chamomile, lavender or a blend.
I blended my tea to produce a frothier, creamier consistency, this is totally optional.
