  1. In a blender or Vitamix, combine the pumpkin, oat milk, spice, and maple syrup. Blend until well combined. 

  2. Pour into a saucepan or milk frother and heat. 

  3. Pour into mugs and top with freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee.

  4. (Optional) top with coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
