Greek Crunch Salad
You are going to LOVE this new Greek crunch salad, made with thinly sliced crunchy romaine lettuce, cucumber, fresh dill, scallions, and creamy feta cheese and then topped with a spiced super seed blend. My new favorite salad!

Ingredients

cups
romaine lettuce
shredded (about 2 medium heads of romaine)

cucumber
diced

scallions
sliced

feta cheese
crumbled
1/4

super seed salad topper
Dressing

tbsp
fresh lemon juice

clove
garlic, crushed

tbsp
olive oil

salt
Instructions
Combine dressing ingredients in a small jar, close lid, and shake well to combine. Set aside.
Combine all salad ingredients, toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
