Add all ingredients to a blender or the bowl of a food processor. Process/ blend until smooth and creamy. Taste for sweetness, if you prefer a sweeter pudding add more maple syrup.

You can make a 1/2 batch of this, just use a bit more than 1/2 of the almond milk
Take the time to be certain the avocado has fully broken down, an unexpected bite of a still intact avocado bit is not pleasant
