Ingredients

avocado
Juice of 1 lemon

fresh tarragon

extra virgin olive oil
for garnish
sunflower seed

Instructions
Scoop the flesh from the avocado and add to blender with all remaining ingredients except olive oil and sunflower seeds.
Blend until super creamy.
Pour into bowls, drizzle with olive oil, and top with sunflower seeds
