Ingredients
2
cups
frozen cauliflower
2
tbsp
tahini
1
tbsp
molasses
1/8
tsp
ground nutmeg
1/8
tsp
ground clove
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
1
inch piece
fresh ginger
1
cup
almond milk
(or non-dairy milk)
stevia to taste
handful of ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth
Serve with an extra drizzle of molasses if you'd like
Notes
You can find frozen cauliflower at most markets
If you don't have a high speed blender try using frozen riced cauliflower (it's easier to break down than florets)
I add a pinch of stevia to mine to add a hint of sweetness, but you can eliminate that entirely
You may need more or less liquid depending on your thickness preference, 1 cup of almond milk makes a fairly thick smoothie
