Best Ever Balsamic Vinaigrette

honey

dijon mustard

clove
garlic, crushed

black pepper

balsamic vinegar

cup
extra virgin olive oil
Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

tbsp
shallot
finely chopped
1
tsp
fresh thyme
1/4
cup
fresh lemon juice

tsp
honey
1/4
cup
lemon olive oil
or just plain olive oil will do!

Homemade Caesar-ish Dressing

anchovy paste
1
tbsp
crushed garlic
about 1 large clove of garlic

lemon juice

dijon mustard

extra virgin olive oil

sea salt
1/4
tsp
freshly ground black pepper

tbsp
freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions
Add all ingredients for each individual recipe into a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
Alternatively you can add ingredients to a small blender and blend. Or add ingredients to mason jar and shake vigourosuly until well combined.
