Ingredients

medium sized
banana

cups
baby spinach
2
tbsp
peanut butter
1
tbsp
chia seeds
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
3/4
cup
plant based milk
1/2 cup - 1 cup of liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothie
ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
I start with 1/2 cup liquid and 4-6 ice cubes and add more liquid as needed but I prefer a super thick smoothie. Adjust liquid to your preference
