Brew hibiscus tea by pouring boiling water over hibiscus flowers. Allow to steep for at least 10 minutes. I prefer a longer steep to intensify the flavor.
Strain tea into a large pitcher, add honey and lime juice and stir well. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freezer until completely frozen.
You may need to run the popsicle molds under warm water to release the popsicle when you are ready to eat.

If you are vegan replace the raw honey with coconut palm sugar or maple syrup
