Perfectly roasted and spiced winter squash seeds from butternut, acorn, or spaghetti squash. Salty, spicy, and addictive.

  • 1/2 cup seeds (from acorn squash, butternut squash, or spaghetti squash)
  • 2 tsp avocado oil coconut oil, or olive oil would work as well
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 300°

  2. Scoop seeds from inside of squash

  3. Rinse seeds to remove squash bits, and dry well using a kitchen towel

  4. Spread out in a single layer on a cookie sheet

  5. Coat with oil and spices and roast for 20-30 minutes or until just starting to turn brown
