So so delicious!! I made with a strawberry/banana mix and is sooo good. I’ve been eating mainly bread based breakfasts since having my baby 5 months ago and now have the energy to shake things up, starting with this deliciousness! Thank you!

Have anything similar for diabetics?
Abra Pappa, MS, CNS, LDN says
Hi Sheryle,
There isn’t any added sugar in this recipe but the fruit contains natural sugars and of course because of the fruit this recipe is higher in carbohydrates. I would reduce the amount of fruit, and adjust to your tolerated carbohydrate load. It will definitely still be delicious! You can also swap out the coconut water for water or unsweetened iced orange blossom tea would be amazing as a base!
